Directions:
- Wash, peel and chop the onion.
- Stir and fry it in a warm pan until it turns golden brown.
- Wash and chop the leaves, then add them to the pan.
- Let it cook with the onion until it evaporate all the liquid the leaves come off.
- Remove from heat, place in a bowl, add eggs and seasonings, then mix it all.
- Bring the preparation back to the hot pan until the eggs are cooked and in turns golden brown.
- With a plate turn it up side down, place it in to the pan until the other side is cooked.
- Serve it warm.
